Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Coilnorn Adventure, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to the iPhone application named Coilnorn Adventure, bundle identifier com.coilnorn.game.

2. License and permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Coilnorn Adventure on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, rent, or republish the app except as allowed by law.

3. Game availability and changes

Coilnorn Adventure is a casual puzzle. We may add or adjust levels, modes, and copy in updates. Features described in marketing must match what the binary actually contains. We do not promise uninterrupted service because the app is local software that depends on your device.

4. User conduct

You agree not to misuse Coilnorn Adventure, attempt to disrupt other players (there are no online rooms), or use the app for any unlawful purpose. Do not represent in-game coins as real currency.

5. Intellectual property

Coilnorn Adventure, the knot emblem, original writing, level design, and audio in the app are provided for playing the game. Third-party system fonts and Apple frameworks remain those owners’ property. You do not acquire ownership of Coilnorn Adventure by installing it.

6. No warranties

Coilnorn Adventure is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that every puzzle will match your taste, that the app will be error-free on every iOS version, or that it will meet a professional or educational purpose. Play is for entertainment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost progress, device issues, or indirect damages arising from use of Coilnorn Adventure. Some regions do not allow certain limits; in those regions our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (currently free) or the minimum required by law.

8. Third-party services

Coilnorn Adventure does not require third-party game servers. Apple provides App Store distribution, device backups, and operating-system services under Apple’s terms. We are not responsible for Apple’s platforms.

9. Termination

You may stop using Coilnorn Adventure at any time by deleting it. We may stop offering updates. These terms survive deletion for the period needed to resolve disputes about prior use.

10. Governing terms

These terms are meant to be read with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement where it applies. If a court finds a section unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms in a future app version. The in-app Terms and the website Terms will stay the same as each other when we change them.
